Double of a post I did at the Propworx forum. I thought you might be interested.

Well, I got (for ~70 bucks) Sharon's X-Ray back-up from Resurrection Ship 1. Actually, no "Sharon X-Ray" was used in the episode I think, but it's still a nice item. :)

EDIT: I tried to do a better shot. This one might be more bright? (CRT vs LCD screen)

You can read "VALERII SHARON ... GALACTICA INFIRMARY BAY 4"

Dr Cottle spoke of a "hairline fracture", concerning a "crackeb rib", remember?

Hmmm, even though I did medical studies, I'm not a radiologist, but:

- Well, they didn't screw things for the "left/right" orientation. So we can say that Sharon has no situs inversus.

- I hope for Grace (actually I have no doubt) that her heart isn't that wide and big. They should have chosen an X-Ray with a smaller, more verticalized and pear-shaped heart. (in French we say "piriforme")
Is there a sure way to guess the gender? (shadows/artifacts caused by the breasts?) Maybe it's the X-Ray of an old guy with a tired heart...

- Is the cracked rib materialized by the dark lines they "added" (I think) on the left fourth fifth rib?

- I used the LCD screen of my laptop as "négatoscope".

Another close-up.

Propworx member Kimbr agreed for the 4th 5th rib and the "big" heart.

Actually it's an awful chest X-ray. Very very bad quality.

The chest seems too wide to be of a woman. The shot is expiratory which could explain the increased heart size (doesn't have the look of a heart decompensation).

The rib "fracture" is on the fifth left rib. No need to say you'll never see that kind of "hairline fracture".

It looks like there is a round tumor in the upper part of the right lung!

This is definitely not Sharon's X-ray.

Here's the Propworx archive picture.

Here's (scoop!!!) an X-Ray of myself, from 02/02/1999. My heart is much more lovely, don't you think?
