Time to revive this post with a few new pictures.

Last June I went to Moscow with my daughter (she wanted to meet a pen pal so I seized the opportunity).

First things first, a few classics...

Here read "Moskva".

The Red Square (the building on the right is the "Gum" a luxury mall formerly reserved to the top brass of the regime):

South view of the Red Square with St Basil church. To the right the outer wall of the Kremlin and the heap of black/orange stones is Lenin's mausoleum:

St Basil's Cathedral :

Inside St Basil - gold and icons :

Moscow's subway was build in the thirties and was meant to embody a "radiant future". All marble walls, sculptures, chandeliers ...

Some entrances look like Greek or Chinese temples :

In Norway over Easter. They aren't Jack's panoramas, but that's a high bar.

Nice shots. I've been in Norway a long time ago and I really enjoyed it. Nice scenery. Friendly people. But the food ....

You should try using MS ICE to stitch your pictures. It can reduce the exposure variations.

Houston Museum of Natural Science Hall of Malacology

Not especially great pictures, but thought Pierre would like to see them. This is just about a portion of the museum's extensive shell collection. The best examples are kept under guard with the gems.
